Cepeoukro is married and mother of four children. After a technical baccalaureate in accounting, she stopped classes because her mother had foot cancer. She wanted to stay with her to take care of her. After her marriage, she moved to Mayo and helped her husband in agriculture. She wants to do everything she can to provide a better future for her children.
